Our Process
The Quote
Our clients typically reach out requesting quotes for an interior project. We collect the information needed to present a quote, including the wood species, dimensions of the piece and expected finish requirements. Our goal is to respond within a 72 hour timeframe. More complex quotes usually require more time, but for the most part we are able to deliver within that time.
The Acknowledgment
Once a quote is accepted, a purchase order or signed quotation is necessary to start the order. Sales order acknowledgements are sent to the client for review. Also, finish selection should be advised to Black Wolf at this time. If a custom finish is selected, strike offs are sent for approval. Strike offs require a physical sample sent for matching.
The Drawing
Here is where custom collaboration begins. Where the thoughts and ideas turn into reality. Our design team takes the supplied images or sketches and creates approval drawings. Black Wolf will also supply 3 dimensional drawings which allows the client to see the design from all angles. With the drawing presented in scale it becomes easier to imagine all details within the finished project and allows for a dialogue between our staff and the client before, during, and after construction.
Once the client signs off on the drawings, the piece moves into production. No piece is started until the client has approved all aspects and feels confident in the overall design.
The Delivery
Once your pieces are complete, Black Wolf offers either white glove or palleted freight deliveries across the United States. Our dedicated white glove staff promises a delivery that will be easy and courteous. We also can arrange for international deliveries if needed with special packaging.
Residential
From living and dining rooms, to bedrooms and offices, if you have a vision for yourself or your client, Black Wolf can make that a reality. Our skilled team of artisans and engineers love a challenge. We are eager to showcase our creative abilities delivering unique pieces of furniture that are built to enjoy for years. For larger projects like kitchens and casework, Black Wolf requires plan drawings for production and quoting.
Commercial & Hospitality
